I am currently involved, in my role as medical informatics specialist, in litigation in the New Jersey region where the distortions and attempts to mislead the jury about bad health IT and the patient's condition have been so persistent and so outrageous, they've been reported to the Joint Commission and likely will be reported to the U.S. Attorney's Office, among others.
Imperial hospitals are truly out of control.
